LATE ARRIVALS

In order to respect the time of both our clients and our staff, we ask you to   arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving up to 15 minutes late   may lose 15 minutes off of their original appointment time and those arriving   up to 30 minutes late may forfeit their appointment and be rescheduled.

CANCELLATION OF BOOKINGS

We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel your appointment please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment is due. A 10% late cancellation fee will be added to appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment.

NO-SHOWS

In the case of missing your appointment where you fail to notify us, you will be required to pay 50% of your appointment.

SERVICE GUARANTEE & REFUNDS

Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely content, please let us know during your therapy or within 24 hours after your visit. If we are notified within the first 24 hours, we are committed to making any needed corrections and if there was any fault on our side, to offer you a refund.

PRIVACY POLICY

We take privacy seriously and only use the information we collect to provide our services. We do not share or sell the information we collect for any other purpose than providing the best possible service for our clients. At any time, you may request a copy of information we have recorded about you. You may also request we remove all identifiable information with respect to yourself. As a matter of course, we will delete your identifiable information if you have not undertaken business with us after 3 years.

APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATIONS AND REMINDERS

We will contact you via email to confirm appointments booked and remind you of upcoming appointments. We consider your having made the appointment as consent to undertake this activity but, if you want, you may opt-out at any time.

APPOINTMENT RATINGS AND REVIEWS

After visiting us we may send you an email asking you to rate our services and provide feedback. We consider your agreement and participation in the service as consent to undertake this activity but, if you want, you may opt out at any time.

WAIVER FORM

For your comfort and safety, prior to your first appointment we will ask you to complete a waiver form . Please notify us if you have any allergies, any physical issues or disabilities, or if you are pregnant. We will not be held liable for any contra-actions due to us not being told about any ailments. If you experience any discomfort or any other symptoms during the therapy, please alert us immediately.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

We have the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service.

PERSONAL ITEMS

Any property stored is stored at your own risk. We regret that we cannot accept liability for any loss or damage that may occur to items left unattended.
