Movement (Fitness)
Movement keeps the body agile, builds strength, and improves metabolic health. Regular physical activity enhances your physical capabilities, supports weight management, and reduces the risk of chronic diseases. Incorporating different forms of exercise such as strength training, cardio, and flexibility exercises will ensure a well-rounded fitness routine.
As part of your plan we will provide you with a fitness and movement programme that you can incorporate into your daily life routine.
Nutrition
The food you eat fuels, nourishes, and repairs your body, making nutrition one of the most critical factors in improving your health. We will introduce you to functional breathwork (how to breathe correctly). Then we will guide you through simple daily practices to help you build your own breath toolkit.
Restoration
The 5Rs: Restore, Recover, Revitalise, Rejuvenate, and Revive are crucial to your lifestyle programme. Whilst the other aspects of our programme encourage stepping out of your comfort zone to promote change and adaptation (eustress), restoration ensures your mind and body can absorb and process these changes without becoming chronically stressed, overwhelmed, or prone to inflammation and fatigue.
Balancing activity with adequate rest and recovery is essential for long-term health.
To help you through the 5Rs you will enjoy a monthly floatation session, weekly contrast therapy (Infrared Sauna & Ice bath) and Yoga Nidra Red Light therapy.
