Our holistic approach to Running Coaching, focuses on technique, endurance, speed, and injury prevention, ensuring that every runner achieves their goals in a supportive and motivating environment.
Whether you’re looking to generally improve your running, or prepare for a specific race, we can create a plan tailored to you, your lifestyle, and your goals.
What We Offer – Tailored Training Plans
Our Running Coaching training plans are designed specifically for you, considering your current fitness level, running experience, and personal goals.
Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced runner, Erin and Emma will craft a plan that helps you progress safely and efficiently.
🏃♂️Personalised Plans: Training plans tailored specifically to you, ensuring optimal progress. We take into consideration your work and family commitments, other sports and goals that are relevant to you.
🏃♂️For female athletes, we can personalise the plan to sync with your cycle.
🏃♂️Accountability: The coaching is a two-way relationship, you will gain accountability by sharing your training, how you are feeling and will be there to offer feedback advice and guidance.
🏃♂️Dynamic Adjustments: Plans are regularly updated based on your progress and feedback.
🏃♂️Coaching App – We use a coaching app to deliver your training plan directly to your phone. This app helps you stay organised and on track with your training. You can even transfer your training onto your fitness tracker.
🏃♂️Feedback and Communication: Communicate with your coaches, we’re here for you! We work on two-way feedback and adjust your plan as needed.
🏃♂️1-2-1 Monthly Check-Ins – To ensure you’re progressing well and staying motivated, we offer monthly face-to-face check-ins and WhatsApp support with your coach.
🏃♂️1-2-1 Form and technique analysis and feedback, with drills and practices you can implement to improve your running technique.
🏃♂️Progress Reviews: Discuss your progress, address any challenges, and celebrate your achievements.
🏃♂️Personalised Advice: Receive expert advice on technique, nutrition, recovery, and injury prevention.
🏃♂️Goal Setting: Set new goals and adjust your training plan to keep you on track.
The Cost: £49 per month
How to Get Started:
1. Contact Us: Email Subject ‘Running Coaching’, or call to learn more about our running coaching services and how we can help you.
2. Initial Consultation: Schedule an initial consultation with Erin or Emma to discuss your goals, current fitness level, and training history.
3. Receive Your Plan: Your personalised training plan is uploaded to the coaching app.
4. Start Training: Begin your journey with the support and guidance of our coaches.
5. Monthly Check-Ins: Meet with your coach monthly for 1-2-1 check-ins to review progress and adjust your plan.
