Erin is a Certified British Wheel of Yoga Level 3 Teacher, trained under the inspiring guidance of Dr. Cathy-Mae Karelse and Tarik Dervish. For Erin, yoga is more than a practice—it’s a way of life. With its profound benefits for health, athletic performance, prehab, and mental wellbeing, yoga has become Erin’s passion to share with others.

Whether you’re looking to explore mindful breathing, flow-state movement, restorative Yin yoga for fascia release, or building physical fitness, core strength, and flexibility, Erin’s approach is tailored to meet your needs.

Weekly Functional Fitness Yoga

Try our Functional Fitness Yoga dynamic class with Erin, designed to improve your mobility, strength and stability in movement. It is a whole body workout using yoga asanas (poses) that will improve the way your body moves and responds.

Every Monday:

  • Morning class (9:15am)
  • Two evening classes (6.00pm & 7:15pm)

These dynamic sessions are designed to enhance your mobility, strength, and stability through yoga asanas (poses). Expect a whole-body workout that improves core strength, range of motion, flexibility, and balance while fostering focus and intentional movement.

Ideal for active individuals (both men and women) seeking a holistic way to improve mobility and integrate whole-body movement with breathwork.

 Monthly Yin Yoga & Relaxation – Every Last Sunday of the Month

Nourish your body and mind with our deeply restorative Yin Yoga and Relaxation session.

  • Focus on releasing deep-seated tension by passively targeting fascia and connective tissue.
  • Experience calming, meditative poses held for several minutes, leaving you feeling open and rejuvenated.
  • End with Yoga Nidra, a deeply relaxing practice that soothes the nervous system and helps set personal intentions.

This class is suitable for all levels, offering a blend of nurturing techniques to relax and rejuvenate both physically and mentally.
